2. Payments and Refunds

2.1 Payment Terms: Payment is required upfront for all programs, courses, and coaching services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment plans must be completed as agreed. Failure to make payments as scheduled may result in suspension or termination of access.

2.2 Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds except as specified in our 6-Month, Do-The-Work Guarantee (see Section 3).

2.3 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication may result in immediate termination of access, and we reserve the right to dispute such claims with supporting documentation.

2.4 Late Fees and Collections: If a payment is overdue, we may charge late fees and pursue collections if necessary. You agree to cover any legal fees or costs incurred in the collection process.

3. 6-Month, Do-The-Work Guarantee

We believe in the effectiveness of our programs. If you complete the required steps and do not see measurable improvements, you may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

3.1 Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for the guarantee, you must:

Complete all lessons, assignments, and action steps as outlined in the program.

Submit all completed work, including worksheets, checklists, and proof of implementation.

Attend all required coaching calls or watch replays and submit proof of participation.

Apply strategies taught in the program and document efforts.

Request a refund within six months of purchase with documented proof of completed work.

3.2 Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply if:

The required work was not completed in full.

You fail to submit proof of implementation.

You request a refund due to a change of mind or lack of time.

The program was purchased at a discounted or promotional rate.

4.2 Coaching Sessions: Missed coaching sessions are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, a replay (if applicable) may be provided.

4.3 Transferability: Programs and courses are non-transferable. Only the original purchaser may access content and coaching.

4.4 Account Termination: We reserve the right to revoke access to courses, coaching, or membership if you engage in fraudulent activity, violate these Terms and Conditions, or behave in a manner that is deemed disruptive or harmful to our business, staff, or community.

5.1 No Guarantees: While we provide education and guidance, results may vary based on individual effort, financial situation, and external factors. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

5.3 Liability Limitation: We are not liable for any losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from the use of our programs. Under no circumstances shall Smart Credit Solutions be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5.4 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Smart Credit Solutions, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use of our services.
